Melanin International LLC was conceived with one foundational truth: wellness is not an imported luxury; it is our ancestral birthright.
For generations, Black families across Africa, the Caribbean, the Americas, and the global diaspora have nurtured life through botanical medicine, kitchen remedies, hair braiders’ oils, and sacred community care. Yet too often, contemporary wellness spaces feel sterile, exclusionary, or disconnected from the deep warmth of family and home.

Our initial offering of seven botanical oils is the tangible start of something much larger. It is the first step toward the premier health and wellness platform and marketplace dedicated to Black vitality, intentional living, and evidence-supported holistic education.
